Thank you very much for your time, meeting with us yesterday.
I would like to send meeting conclusion as below;
AA) ZAP maintain mixing process, and did not find any change point internal process.
BB) Pin hole phenomena found: compound ribbon which pack on the bottom of drum only, some batch was judge NG.
CC) Refer mixing, forming, cooling process; all are normal. Quality compound is the almost the same. Microscope and FTIR check did not find any foreign material.
It’s abnormal only compound which we pack on the bottom of drum about 1 ribbon.
Mixing same time, forming same time, cooling same time. Dear Khun Phipath

1) Heavy weight effect to compound phn hole or not?
- Prove by separate packing; 1 batch for 2 drums.
- Trial lot 20200803 pack No. 1-10.
2) How to improve ribbon arrangement on the bottom drum!
- Addition method to cooling ribbon which will keep on the bottom before pack.
(current ribbon already cool but it may not enough)

Compound this 2 lot will arrive to MAPP on 5th Aug. Please evaluation and let we feed back after using.
But only ribbon bottom not OK.
