ความสุข เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการเดินทาง ความสุขไม่ได้อยู่ที่จุดหมายปลายทางที่ไปถึง คุณบอกกับตัวเองว่า เมื่อได้แต่งงาน และมีลูก ชีวิตของคุณก็จะดีขึ้น แต่เมื่อมีลูก และลูกของคุณยังเล็กอยู่ คุณก็เกิดความรู้สึกว่า เมื่อเขาโตขึ้นเราคงมีความสุขและสบายขึ้น แต่เมื่อลูกโตมากขึ้น จนย่างเข้าสู่วัยรุ่น คุณกลับรู้สึกไม่ได้ดั่งใจอีกครั้ง และเมื่อลูกๆ ผ่านพ้นช่วงวัยรุ่นไปได้ คุณคิดว่า คุณจะมีความสุขมากขึ้น แต่คุณกลับบอกกับตัวเองอีกว่า จะรอให้ลูกๆ จัดการกับตัวของเค้าเองให้เรียบร้อยดีเสียก่อน บางครั้งคุณคิดว่า ถ้าคุณมีบ้าน มีรถ มีวันหยุดพักร้อนนานๆ และเมื่อถึงวันเกษียณอายุการทำงาน ชีวิตของคุณจะมีความสุขมากที่สุด แต่เมื่อเกษียนแล้วก็จริง แต่ทำไมถึงยังไม่มีความสุขสักที ความสุขของชีวิตอยู่ที่ไหนกัน? แท้จริงแล้ว ความสุขของชีวิต อยู่ ณ ช่วงเวลาขณะนี้ ช่วงเวลาปัจจุบัน ไม่ต้องรอให้ความสุขมาหาเราในอนาคต เราควรมีความสุข และพึงพอใจกับความสุขอยู่ในปัจจุบัน ชีวิตของมนุษย์ทุกคน ต้องมีสิ่งท้าทายเข้ามาอยู่ตลอดเวลา ทั้งอุปสรรคต่างๆ หรือบททดสอบชีวิตอันยากเข็ญ แต่ในที่สุดเราก็จะต้องก้าวผ่านไป อุปสรรคกับชีวิตเป็นของคู่กัน ดังนั้น เป็นหน้าที่ของเรา ที่ต้องความสุขและความพึงพอใจจากการเดินทางบนถนนแห่งชีวิตนี้ ซึ่งจะทำให้ชีวิตมีความสุข มากกว่าที่จะรอให้ถึงจุดหมายปลายทางก่อน แล้วถึงจะมีความสุขได้ เริ่มหยุดพูดกับตัวเองเสียทีว่า ถ้าฉันลดน้ำหนักได้สัก 5 กิโล ฉันถึงจะมีความสุข ถ้าฉันได้แต่งงาน ฉันถึงจะมีความสุข ถ้าผมได้ซื้อบ้าน ผมถึงจะมีความสุข ถ้าผมได้เกิดเป็นลูกคนรวย ผมถึงจะมีความสุข ถ้าคุณหยุดพูดถึงสิ่งเหล่านี้ได้ ชีวิตของคุณก็จะมีความสุข และคุณจะรู้สึกพึงพอใจกับชีวิต ตอบคำถาม ต่อไปนี้ 1. บอกชื่อคน 3 คน ที่รวยที่สุดในโลก 2. บอกชื่อนางงามจักรวาล 3 คนล่าสุด 3. บอกชื่อ ผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัลโนเบล 3 คนล่าสุด 4. บอกชื่อนักแสดงนำชาย 3 คนล่าสุด ที่ได้รับรางวัลออสการ์ นึกไม่ออกใช่ไหม? ไม่ใช่เรื่องแปลก ไม่มีใครหรอกที่จะจดจำคนเหล่านี้ได้ทั้งหมด คนที่ได้รับการยกย่องสรรเสริญ ก็ล้วนล้มหายตายจากไปตามกาลเวลา รางวัลต่างๆ เมื่อวางไว้นาน ก็จะถูกฝุ่นจับ แม้แต่ผู้ชนะก็จะถูกลืมในไม่ช้า ตอบคำถาม ต่อไปนี้ 1. บอกชื่ออาจารย์ 3 ท่านที่เคยช่วยเหลือคุณในเรื่องการเรียน 2. บอกชื่อเพื่อน 3 คนที่ช่วยเหลือคุณในยามที่คุณต้องการ 3. นึกถึงคน 3 คนที่ทำให้คุณรู้สึกว่า คุณได้เป็นคนพิเศษ 4. บอกชื่อคน 3 คนที่คุณอยากใช้เวลาด้วย นึกออกง่ายกว่าใช่ไหม? นั่นเป็นเพราะว่า คนที่มีความหมายต่อชีวิตคุณ ไม่ได้เป็นคนที่ต้องเป็นที่สุด ไม่ได้มีเงินมากที่สุด ไม่ต้องได้รับรางวัลที่ยิ่งใหญ่ที่สุด เพราะยังมีคนใกล้ตัวคุณอีกหลายคนที่ห่วงใยคุณ คอยให้การดูแลคุณ และเวลาที่มีอะไรเกิดขึ้น ก็จะคอยอยู่เคียงข้างคุณ ...ไม่มีช่วงเวลาไหนที่จะมีความสุข มากกว่าช่วงเวลา ณ ปัจจุบันนี้..ใช้ชีวิตให้มีความสุขกับช่วงเวลาปัจจุบัน |
